AMBL field trip DNA fingerprinting on Sept 20

We will be doing a biochemistry lab with Dr. David Ng at UBC.  The location is here:

Advance Molecular Biology Laboratory, located at the Michael Smith Building at UBC (download map here).  Download the Consent form which is due in class on Thursday.  Times are 8:50am to 2:50pm.  At lunch, you may go to the Student Union Building or bring your own lunch. 

To prepare for this advanced molecular biology lab, please read and do the following:
Download the DNA notes (originally written by Mr. Raycroft)
and the DNA study questions based on these notes.  We will spend the next two class periods going over these notes up to replication.
